I had to exchange a dress for a different size, the whole process was smooth. The refund difference came through quickly too, which I appreciated. I think other customers would be happy with how easy and hassle-free it was.

I’m always a little nervous about getting fooled or overcharged, but the prices seemed fair to me. Nothing felt shady, and I didn’t get that feeling like they were trying to sneak something past me.

I ordered from NAF NAF and the whole checkout process was really easy. The cart updated like it should, the payment page loaded quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was being dragged through a bunch of unnecessary steps.
I’m careful about what I spend, so I always appreciate when there aren’t any weird surprise charges at the end. My confirmation email came right after I paid, and everything felt simple and stress-free. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

i ordered from NAF NAF and the package showed up in really good shape. the box wasn’t crushed at all, and everything inside was folded neatly with no weird smell or damage. it felt like they took a little care packing it instead of just tossing things in a box. simple, clean packaging and a good experience overall. 5 stars from me.

"Color Was a Bit Off"
I ordered a dress from nafnaf.com and the fit was actually good, no complaints there. The only thing is the color didn’t really match the photos. It looked a lot brighter online, but in person it was kind of dull. I’ll still wear it, so I’m not super mad about it, but I do wish the pictures were more accurate. Anyway.

I found a few dresses I really liked, like, the kind where you start picturing where you’d wear them before even checking out, but then my size was out of stock again. Kind of a bummer because the selection is cute, and I was ready to buy, but this keeps happening...

I ordered this dress not really knowing what to expect, especially for the price, but it actually turned out nicer than I thought. The fit was good, though I did wonder at first if I should’ve sized differently. Delivery was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. Overall, I’d say it’s really good value for the money.

I ordered from nafnaf.com thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but wow, the shipping was so slow. There also weren’t many clear updates, so I kept checking the tracking like, why is this so complicated? It barely moved for days. The clothes were fine once they finally showed up, but the waiting was annoying. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly.

The fabric feels fairly soft to me, which I liked, but in my opinion it’s on the thinner side. It’s not bad overall, just not quite as substantial or high-quality feeling as I was hoping for.

"Good clothes, but the promo felt a little off"
I ended up ordering because there was a promo showing, but once I got to checkout, the discount was less than I thought it would be. Some of the sale items didn’t qualify either, which was frustrating. The clothes themselves are fine, and I’d probably feel differently if I was buying something full price, but in this case the deal didn’t feel as clear as it should’ve. I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again unless the promotion details were more upfront.

"A Little Hard to Get Around"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and overall it’s been okay, but I did find the navigation a little clunky. I had to tap around more than I expected to find what I needed, and it didn’t feel as smooth or intuitive as I hoped. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be easier to move through.

"Started Off Annoying, But They Fixed It"
I had an issue with my order and I was irritated at first, especially because I kept checking the order details and the missing update was bothering me more than it probably should have. But customer service got back to me quicker than I expected, and they actually explained what was going on clearly. The refund part was handled properly too, down to the confirmation thing showing up where it was supposed to. Not the smoothest start, but they sorted it out and I ended up happy with how it was handled

"Support Came Through, But Not Without Suspense"
I ordered a dress and then had to reach out to support about the delivery, which turned into a little waiting game. They did reply eventually, but it took a couple of days and I had to send a reminder first. Not exactly a crisis, but I was definitely refreshing my inbox like something dramatic was about to happen. Once they got back to me, they were actually really nice and sorted everything out. Overall, not a bad experience, just slower than I would’ve liked

I had to send a dress back because the size just wasn’t right, and I was a little nervous about how long the refund would take. But it was back on my card in just a few days, NO HASSLE at all. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails, which was such a relief. Really happy with how smooth it all was, and I’d definitely order again.
